These terms form a binding agreement between you and Lune Data when you access lunedata.io. Paid use of the Lune platform is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer the site, scrape data, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site to violate any law or third-party right.
Intellectual property
All content on lunedata.io is owned by Lune or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to view the site for personal or internal business use.
No warranty
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lune will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
