Who we are
Lune Data is headquartered at 156 Gate Avenue, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For website visitors and direct customers, we act as a data controller. When we process transaction data on behalf of a bank or fintech customer, we act as a data processor under the customer's instructions.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, work email, company, and any message content you submit through forms.
- Information we collect automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps).
- Customer data processed on behalf of a bank: governed by our customer agreement, not this policy.

Who we share it with
We share personal information only with a small set of service providers (email, cloud infrastructure), each bound by a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data.
